The NEKO IFO is hosted from the Fortune Cookie Vault. This means users must bake their NEKO into COOKIE via the Fortune Factory, then stake COOKIE into the Fortune Cookie Vault, to earn the NEKO IFO rewards. COOKIE can be exchanged 1:1 back into NEKO anytime using the Fortune Factory.

Users are incentivized to keep their COOKIE staked in the Fortune Cookie Vault after the IFO event is concluded for continued access to NEKO rewards from taxes and baking fees.
